Things I've built, and what they taught me.

A decade of asking ‘how would I build that myself?’ has taken me through data science, data engineering, ML, modern web apps, and — most recently — AI-native development with Claude Code, MCP, and the AI SDK. A handful of the projects that actually shipped are below; the two flagged as flagship are where most of my current energy goes.

    TwochannelFlagship

AI-assisted HiFi audio product catalog and stereo-system designer. 16k+ products across 2k+ brands ingested and maintained through LLM-in-the-loop scrapers, semantic dedup, and a Claude-Code-first developer workflow — evidence that a single engineer with modern AI tooling can cover the data engineering of a small team.

  • StackDX · Stack Maps & Public DataFlagship

Product Manager for Stack Maps (the geospatial product surface at the front of StackDX) and the Public Data team — coordinating a team of 5 engineers across the US Dagster platform and the Canadian data pipelines. Architected the underlying USA data platform first (Dagster-native orchestration, Polars/DuckDB performance layer, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure across 15+ US states, 400+ transformation assets, 250M+ production records); now driving the Stack Maps roadmap across frontend and API while continuing to ship as a player-coach. Built AI-first with a purpose-built Claude Code toolchain (sub-agents, slash commands, auto-format hooks).
